Systema Classes
Wear comfortable workout clothes, no special equipment is necessary. Pants with some type of drawstring or belt (with a smooth buckle) such as BDU pants, tactical pants, hiking pants may stay on better. A list of optional equipment is available at the school.
Saturdays – Focus Class
The two hour Saturday classes taught by Ken Good explore in-depth aspects of Systema principles and application. No previous experience necessary.
Saturdays 10:00am – Noon
Mondays & Wednesdays – Conditioning & Basics
One hour classes taught by Jeff Sodeman consisting of 20 minutes of breathing and body conditioning followed by 40 minutes of Systema drills. No previous experience necessary.
Mon & Wed 7:15pm-8:15pm
