What to Expect in Class

Systema classes are held at the San Diego Martial Art & Community Center, owned by Jiai Aikido. We are located in central San Diego, just north of Old Town by the intersection of I-5 and I-8. Call us at 619.892.0295  if you need help or directions finding our school; the school is in the middle of the building Unit #1C and the entrance is only visible after you’ve entered the parking lot directly at the end of Buenos Ave.

Wear comfortable workout clothes, no special equipment is necessary. Pants with some type of drawstring or belt (with a smooth buckle) such as BDU pants, tactical pants, or hiking pants may stay on better. A list of optional equipment is available at the school.

To sign up for classes please come by the school 10 minutes before the beginning of a class. You can pay by the day or month, with discounts for longer term commitments. Fees are non-refundable.
